Hi ,the vacuum hose is located on the right side of carb,just above bowl and to the front .cut he hose and put a screw in it.You will have to take petcock apart,remove stainless piece and it all comes out towards you,DONT forget to drain tank there is also a spring you MUST REINSTALL it.you will know the peice to remove when you see it .no need to remove tank .prime is same result but with no reserve ,if you have a problem email me. very easy to do this should take about half hour.good luck........giro
